All about the Artisanal Cabuya Workshop.

A group of women who work collectively at Rancho Quemado, have helped preserve a cultural technique of a sacred plant, called Cabuya.

Later on, they incorporated their regional techniques to make and create some beautifully handcrafted works, like dolls, bags, paintings, and other creative products.

During the workshop you will have time to practice your Spanish skills and share with these wonderful hardworking women. In the end, you will receive a small souvenir made by them, to remember and embrace this original and unique experience!

Things to bring: Insect repellent, tennis shoes or closed sandal, hat or cap, handkerchief, camera, reusable water bottle.
